Kuchnia - The kitchen
As you can see I left two windows in the kitchen as I like having plenty of light in it. I also enjoy looking out of the windows and seeing what's going on in the world when I'm cooking.
An important consideration for me when designing this kitchen was to have a lot of surface area to work on, and the layout of the kitchen in an 'n' shape lends itself to that
I'm also very fond of black as it lends itself to change very easily. In this kitchen there is plenty of light so black, shiny, units look fine. Add to this a splash of colour with red, glass fronted units and you stamp your individuality onto it.
When, and if, you get fed up of the red, then you can change those three doors to any colour that you like!
To keep the black theme going I will have black rails bought from Ikea to fix onto the walls and hooks from these to hang some cups and kitchen utensils. The windows will feature red Roman blinds to add a little more colour and warmth.
A second view of the kitchen showing the red, glass doors fitted to give that strong impact.

In the photo you can see the built-in-oven, with a small fridge/freezer below, seperated by a small drawer.
In the photo below, you can see the very practical corner storage baskets that can be accessed easily. Really handy, but a relatively expensive system from Blum,
A standard corner fitment in the second corner was a much cheaper option.
